1. Choose Your Lot Station
Tap your station at the very top of the screen:
- WISSCO Lot: Front paved lot (50â60 spots).
- 2004 Lot: Ironwood Circle grass tailgating lot (48â55 spots).
- All Lots: Supervisor combined view.

2. Ingest Manifest by Photo
Before vehicles arrive, load your game-day order numbers in seconds:
- Tap [ đ Manifest ] in the top header.
- Under â Ingest & Add Orders, tap [ đ¸ Ingest via Photo (OCR) ].
- Select your lot (e.g. WISSCO or 2004).
- Snap a photo of the printed sheet, clipboard, or screen.
- Review the detected order number chips and tap [ â
Import Numbers ].
- Your top counters will update immediately.

3. Scanning ParkMobile QR Passes & Screen Signals
Hold your phone over the driver's ParkMobile QR code inside the green box:
đĸ GREEN CARD â VALID CHECK-IN
Pass verified and checked in! Wave vehicle through. Counter updates.
đŖ PURPLE CARD â WRONG LOT ALERT
Pass is for the other lot! Direct the driver to the correct entrance, or tap [ â ī¸ Override Lot & Check In Here ] if permitted.
đĄ AMBER CARD â ALREADY REDEEMED
Pass was already scanned earlier today (timestamp displayed). Potential pass-sharing.
đ´ RED CARD â NOT IN MANIFEST
Number not found on sheet. Tap [ â Add & Check In Now ] if customer has a valid digital receipt.

4. Manual Search & Adding Numbers
- Cracked Screen / Sun Glare: Type order # in bottom search bar and tap [ Check In ].
- Add to List: Type order # and tap [ + Add ].
- Batch Paste: Open [ đ Manifest ], paste multiple numbers into the text box, and tap [ â Add as Pending ] or [ â
Add & Check In ].

5. Accidental Scan? 6-Second Undo
If you scanned a pass by mistake, tap [ âŠī¸ Mistake? Undo Check-In ] on the green card within 6 seconds. The pass will be marked unredeemed again.

6. Shift Close & CSV Export
At the end of your shift, open [ đ Manifest ] and tap [ đĨ Export CSV ] to save your lane's complete check-in report.
